When Sebastian Melnitzky, a chef and innate designer came from Argentina to Italy he came to study food-design. He believes shape will affect the perception of chocolate, got into the subject in the heart of the land with the best hazelnuts existing : Piemonte, and had by 2016 developed gorgeous and delicious chocolate bars, with a crunch and with a very special design: a 3D-chocolate with the panorama of Piemonte, filled with first-class hazelnuts.
